Cyberpunk with full Ray Tracing Overdrive mode runs best on an RTX 5070 Ti for 1080p at 60 FPS with DLSS Quality. For 1440p with Overdrive ray tracing and DLSS Balanced, an RTX 5080 is recommended. The RTX 5090 handles 4K Overdrive with DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation at smooth frame rates.
DLSS 4 introduces Multi Frame Generation, which uses AI to generate up to three additional frames for every rendered frame, multiplying visible frame rates by up to 4X on RTX 50-series GPUs. All Brutech RTX 50-series builds fully support DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation in Cyberpunk 2077.
At 1080p with high settings, 8GB VRAM is sufficient. For 1440p with ultra and texture mods, 12GB VRAM is recommended. For Overdrive ray tracing at 1440p or 4K, 16GB VRAM on the RTX 5080 or 32GB on the RTX 5090 is the right choice.
Cyberpunk 2077 is optimised for both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs. However, ray tracing, DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex are NVIDIA-exclusive features. For the full ray tracing and frame generation experience, NVIDIA RTX is the platform of choice. All Brutech builds include NVIDIA RTX GPUs.
