Does Brutech install any bloatware?
Never. Every Brutech system ships with a clean Windows install — no third-party software, no adware, no trial subscriptions, nothing competing with your performance or cluttering your system. Only the drivers and utilities your hardware actually needs. This is non-negotiable for us
What is ZeroRAM and how does it work?
ZeroRAM means your system ships without RAM installed. This is ideal if you already own compatible DDR5 memory from a previous build, want to choose your own RAM speed and capacity, or want to reduce your upfront cost. You supply your RAM — we build, test, and ship everything else. Simply slot your sticks in when your PC arrives and you're ready to go. Not sure what RAM to buy? Can I order a PC without RAM and install it myself?
Not quite — and here's why. To ship a fully tested and optimised system we need RAM installed before it leaves our workshop. This lets us validate stability, tune performance, and provide proper support. With ZeroRAM you supply your own compatible DDR5 memory, we install it, test the complete system under load, and ship it ready to use. You get the cost saving without sacrificing the quality assurance.
Does opening my PC or installing upgrades void my warranty?
No. Opening your Brutech PC or installing upgrades does not void your warranty. If a component is damaged during the process that specific damage may affect coverage, but the rest of your warranty remains fully intact. All upgrade components must be sourced through Brutech. When in doubt contact us at [email protected] or 064-170-3087 and we'll walk you through it — or send it in and we'll handle the upgrade for you.
What is Brutech's return and cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships — cancellation fees may apply. Once received, you have 7 days to return your purchase for a refund minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. Products must be returned in original condition with all original packaging. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2 to 4 days of build completion and arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location in South Africa. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships. Prefer to collect? We're at 6 Nelson Mandela Drive, Secunda — your build is usually ready within 2 to 4 days of ordering.
My PC isn't powering on — what do I do?
First check that the master power switch on the back of the PSU is switched to the ON position. If it still won't boot, check that your surge protector or UPS is providing sufficient power — an underpowered UPS is one of the most common causes of boot failures. What are acceptable temperature ranges for my Brutech PC?

How do I reinstall Windows on my Brutech PC?
If you have a Windows recovery drive, follow the standard Windows reinstall process. If not, download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website using a working PC and a USB drive of at least 8GB. Full instructions are available from Microsoft. Should I keep my original Brutech packaging?
Yes — we strongly recommend keeping all original packaging materials. In the event your system needs to be transported or sent in for warranty work, original packaging ensures it arrives safely and is handled correctly.
